F02 — Heating Fault

How to fix it

  1. Open the top panel or front access where the condensate tank is located.
  2. Slide out the tank and empty completely.
  3. Rinse the tank with water and verify the float inside moves freely.
  4. Reinstall the tank firmly until it clicks into place.
  5. Press Start to resume the cycle.
  6. If error persists, inspect the float switch in the tank cavity and replace if failed.

Typical signs: Cycle pauses mid-program · Tank indicator illuminated · Cycle won't restart until reset · F02 appears repeatedly
