E11 — Long Fill / Not Filling

E11 means the washer is not filling with water during the wash phase within the allowed time. The washer locks for about 6 minutes.

How to fix it

  1. Confirm both supply valves are fully open and hoses are connected to the correct (hot/cold) inlets.
  2. Check for kinks and clean the inlet screens.
  3. If fill is still inadequate, test/replace the water inlet valve.
