The common wire shared between the door switch and the latch switch is shorted. The control can't distinguish door-open from door-closed reliably.

How to fix it
- Kill power at the breaker.
- Access the door switch and latch switch wiring at the top of the oven (range) or the front trim (wall oven).
- Visually inspect the harness for chafing, melted insulation, or pinch points; repair any damaged section.
- Disconnect each switch and ohm-check it: open-circuit on the normally-open contacts when not actuated, continuity when actuated. Replace any switch that's shorted regardless of position.
- Reseat the connector at the control board, checking that no pins are pushed back.
- Restore power and confirm the oven light responds correctly to the door opening — that tells you the switch circuit is healthy.
