How to fix it
- Breaker off 5 minutes, then restore.
- Inspect the keypad — make sure no buttons are stuck or binding in the glass; a shorted touchpad can trigger F5.
- If comfortable working around live voltage, verify both 120V legs of the 240V supply with a multimeter (or have an electrician check). If both supply legs are good and the keypad is clear, the electronic oven control is the likely fault.
- If F5 returns, replace the EOC.
