How to fix it
- Verify the drain hose has a high loop (above the sink trap) — install one if missing.
- Check under the dishwasher for puddles indicating a leak.
- Clean the OWI sensor lens in the bottom of the tub.
- Inspect and test the water inlet valve for proper shutoff.
- Check the float in the tub for free up/down movement.
- Run a Rinse Only cycle and watch water level — should reach the heating element.
- Replace OWI sensor or inlet valve based on test results.
