F6E0 — Loss of communication between control boards

The user interface control and the main relay/EOC board have stopped communicating. Common on double ovens and combo units with separate control modules.

How to fix it

  1. Cut power for 5 minutes.
  2. Pull oven out and access the rear panel.
  3. Disconnect and reseat all harnesses between the UI control and the main control board.
  4. Inspect cables for damage and replace if pinched.
  5. If the code persists, swap the UI board first (cheaper); if that doesn't fix it, replace the main control board.
