How to fix it
- Pause the cycle and shut off both supply valves.
- Check the hose labels: blue band/hose = cold (top inlet on most models marked C), red = hot.
- Swap hoses if they are reversed and restart a cold cycle.
- If hoses are correct, lower the home water heater to ~120F and retest.
- Run a Rinse+Spin cold-only cycle to confirm clearance.
