How to fix it
- Unplug for at least 5 minutes (not just breaker), then power back on and try a Timed Dry.
- If F6E1 returns, open the console and reseat the harness between the display board and the main control.
- Inspect both connectors for bent pins or corrosion.
- Replace the user interface board first.
- If the code persists, replace the main control board.
