By Brand — The Common Filters
Whirlpool / Maytag / KitchenAid / Amana / JennAir: the EveryDrop line (Filter 1 = EDR1RXD1 is most common; also 2, 3, 4). Samsung: DA29-00020B (HAF-CIN) on most models. LG (and many Kenmore): the LT line (LT1000P on newer French-door, also LT800P/700P/500P). GE: MWF on older/common models, XWF or XWFE on newer ones (don't mix XWF and XWFE).
