How to fix it

  1. Wipe the entire control panel and dispenser area dry with a soft cloth.
  2. Unplug the refrigerator for 5 minutes and plug back in.
  3. Press each button once and confirm response.
  4. If a key still reads stuck, replace the user interface / dispenser control board.
