How to fix it

  1. Press firmly on the door upper-right and see if cycle resumes.
  2. Inspect the latch hook for play or alignment issues.
  3. Open the inner door panel and locate the door switch assembly.
  4. Test the microswitch with a meter (continuity on close).
  5. Replace the door latch / switch assembly if faulty.

  • Door latch misaligned Latch hook not engaging the strike fully.
