Diagnose first: Control does not see the door confirmed closed; latch microswitch is the usual culprit.

How to fix it
- Press firmly on the door upper-right and see if cycle resumes.
- Inspect the latch hook for play or alignment issues.
- Open the inner door panel and locate the door switch assembly.
- Test the microswitch with a meter (continuity on close).
- Replace the door latch / switch assembly if faulty.
Why it happens
Typical signs: Cycle will not start · Pause icon stays on · Door seems closed but error persists
- Door latch misaligned Latch hook not engaging the strike fully.
- Failed door switch Microswitch in the latch assembly open-circuited.
- Broken latch spring Worn spring lets the latch pop loose mid-cycle.
