How to fix it

  1. Press the lock and light buttons on the wall control to free any stuck button.
  2. Disconnect the wall control wires from the motor head. If 1-3 clears, the wall control is at fault.
  3. Replace the wall control if buttons are jammed.
  4. If the code persists with wires off, the logic board is suspect — call for service.
