How to fix it

  1. Unplug for 5 minutes and retry — clears soft faults.
  2. Verify nothing is blocking full door travel.
  3. Disable auto-door function in settings (if available) to confirm the mechanical hinge is OK.
  4. Inspect hinge-area harness for damage.
