How to fix it

  1. Confirm home Wi-Fi is up and 2.4 GHz band is enabled.
  2. Re-pair the refrigerator in the SmartThinQ app.
  3. Power cycle the unit (unplug 5 minutes).
  4. Check LG SmartThinQ service status if multiple devices fail.
  5. If the modem still won't connect, replace the Wi-Fi module.
