How to fix it

  1. Unplug the refrigerator.
  2. Remove the pantry drawer assembly per the service manual.
  3. Locate the pantry thermistor and reseat the connector.
  4. Ohm the sensor against LG spec at room temp.
  5. Replace the sensor if out of spec.
  6. If still failing, replace the main control board.
