How to fix it

  1. Verify water pressure and that the supply valve is fully open.
  2. Pull the kickplate and trace the inlet line to the flow meter on the fill assembly.
  3. Disconnect, inspect, and reseat the flow meter harness.
  4. If you can spin the meter impeller through its port, confirm it turns freely.
  5. Replace the flow meter assembly if the impeller is bound or no pulses register at the ACU.
