How to fix it
- Empty the dishwasher and run a Normal cycle with detergent.
- If still no heat, disconnect power and pull the dishwasher to access the heater terminals under the tub.
- Test element resistance (~10–40 ohms typical) — open means replace.
- Test the thermistor at room temperature.
- Inspect the heater wire connectors; clean any corrosion.
- If element and sensor test good, replace the main control board.
