On a Flex Duo / Dual Cook range or oven, the Smart Divider is installed while a single-cavity (full oven) mode is selected.

How to fix it

  1. Open the oven and remove the Smart Divider.
  2. Restart the cycle.
  3. If the code persists with the divider out, inspect the divider sensor area for debris.
  4. If the sensor reports 'installed' empty, service is required to replace the divider switch.
