How to fix it

  1. Press Start/Pause to resume the cycle.
  2. If the cycle doesn't resume, press Power, reselect, and Start.
  3. Inspect the plug for heat discoloration and the outlet for looseness.
  4. If PoF appears frequently, move the washer to a dedicated 120V circuit and have an electrician check the outlet.
  5. If it still triggers on stable power, replace the EMI noise filter.

Why it happens

Typical signs: PoF blinks on display after a power blip · Cycle paused mid-wash · Door may still be locked

  • Brief power outage or breaker trip AC mains dropped for more than a second.
  • Loose plug or worn outlet Intermittent connection mimics outages.
  • Brownout from heavy nearby appliance AC unit or dryer kicking on can dip line voltage.
