How to fix it

  1. Power off at the breaker and shut off the water supply.
  2. Pull the toe-kick and locate the flow meter just downstream of the inlet valve.
  3. Reseat the harness at the flow meter.
  4. Remove the flow meter, inspect the impeller for scale, and clean with vinegar if needed.
  5. If wiring and impeller are good, replace the flow meter assembly.
