How to fix it

  1. Power off and pull the lower rack and filter assembly.
  2. Remove the lower spray arm and the diverter cap in the center of the sump.
  3. Inspect the diverter disc for cracks or missing pieces.
  4. Replace the diverter disc / shaft assembly per the tech sheet.
  5. Reassemble and run a Normal cycle, verifying both racks get spray.
