How to fix it
- Power down at the breaker for 1 minute.
- Use a standard 3.0–3.5 oz microwave popcorn bag and place it flat in the center of the turntable.
- Clean the cavity (especially the top vent area) and let it cool fully before retrying.
- If AccuPop Fail returns on multiple cycles, replace the AccuPop / humidity sensor per the model's tech sheet.
- Use manual time-cook for popcorn until the sensor is replaced.
