How to fix it
- Unplug the dryer.
- Access the blower housing (usually behind the back panel) to find the thermistor.
- Clean lint off the thermistor body with a soft brush.
- Measure thermistor resistance with a multimeter — should be ~10kΩ at 70°F.
- Check continuity of the wires from the thermistor to the main control.
