How to fix it
- Unplug the washer for 5 minutes to reset the control.
- Open the door, clear any clothing from the seal, firmly close, and retry.
- Inspect the door strike/hook for cracks; replace the hook kit if damaged.
- Remove the top panel and check the lock connector seating.
- Test the door lock PTC with a multimeter (should read several hundred ohms cold).
- Replace the door lock assembly if no continuity through the interlock circuit.
