How to fix it

  1. Power-cycle the machine for 5 minutes.
  2. Remove top panel; inspect the lock harness for chafing.
  3. Test lock interlock contacts with a multimeter in both states.
  4. Reseat the lock connector at the main control board.
  5. Replace the door lock assembly if intermittent.
  6. Replace the main control module as the last step.
