How to fix it

  1. Open the myQ app and check for service alerts.
  2. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the motor head (or three menu button presses on newer units) until the blue LED blinks rapidly.
  3. Use the myQ app to add the opener and enter Wi-Fi credentials.
  4. If signal is weak, install a Wi-Fi extender within 10 ft of the garage.
  5. Power-cycle the router and opener if pairing fails.
