How to fix it
- Open myQ app, tap the menu and choose Add Device.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi/menu button on the opener until the blue LED blinks rapidly.
- Follow the in-app prompts to send Wi-Fi credentials.
- Confirm the Wi-Fi LED turns solid blue.
Why it happens
