How to fix it

  1. Open myQ app, tap the menu and choose Add Device.
  2. Press and hold the Wi-Fi/menu button on the opener until the blue LED blinks rapidly.
  3. Follow the in-app prompts to send Wi-Fi credentials.
  4. Confirm the Wi-Fi LED turns solid blue.

Why it happens
