How to fix it
- Confirm remote compatibility — Security+ 2.0 (yellow learn button) needs a yellow-button remote.
- Press the Learn button on the motor head once. The learn LED turns on for 30 seconds.
- Within 30 seconds, press the remote button you want to use. The opener lights flash to confirm.
- For keypads, press Learn, then enter a 4-digit PIN and press Enter on the keypad.
