How to fix it

  1. Unplug the dryer and wait 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the top panel to access the UI board.
  3. Reseat the harness/ribbon between the UI and main control.
  4. Inspect the cable for kinks or crushed conductors.
  5. Plug in and retest. If code persists, replace the UI board.
  6. If new UI does not clear it, replace the main control board.
