E11 — Cycle taking too long
The main electronic control board lost communication with the user interface (display) board. The dryer usually won't start or respond to controls until the boards re-establish communication.

How to fix it
- Unplug the dryer for 5 minutes to reset both boards, then retry the cycle.
- Remove the top/console panel and reseat the wire harness between the user interface board and the main control board at both ends.
- Inspect connector pins for corrosion, bent pins, or broken locking tabs; clean or repair as needed.
- If E11 returns, replace the user interface board first (more commonly at fault).
- If the code persists after the UI board, replace the main electronic control board.
