What 2099 Means

Weekly exercise schedule was not properly set, was lost during a power event, or controller cannot run the scheduled exercise. Unit will still respond to outages; just won't self-test until reconfigured.

Common Causes

Clock reset after battery disconnect

Time/date wiped — reset via menu.

Exercise schedule never set during install

Installer forgot to set.

Daylight saving time mis-handling

Older firmware can drop the schedule on DST change.

How to Fix It

  1. Edit menu → Set Exercise → choose Quiet Test or Full Run, pick day/time.
  2. Edit menu → Time and Date → confirm.
  3. Watch for the next scheduled exercise to confirm.
