2800 — Generac 2800 — Auxiliary Shutdown / E-Stop Active
Alarm 2800 is an Auxiliary Shutdown: an external Auxiliary Shutdown / Emergency Stop (E-Stop) switch is in the OFF position. Units have a rear-mounted E-Stop (and 15 kW+ units also have one on the firewall); ALL must be ON for the generator to run. It is NOT a scheduled-service reminder. (Meaning corrected against official Generac support documentation / Evolution controller e-code list; older Nexus controllers may differ — confirm for your unit.)
