Error 10 — Drive wheel not turning
One drive wheel isn't turning at all — usually completely jammed or wheel motor has failed.

How to fix it
- Flip robot over and thoroughly clean both wheel axles and treads.
- Try to spin each wheel by hand — both should turn with equal moderate resistance.
- If one wheel is much harder to turn or completely locked, that module is failed.
- Replace the affected wheel module (sold as a complete assembly).
