Error 10 — Drive wheel not turning

How to fix it

  1. Flip robot over and thoroughly clean both wheel axles and treads.
  2. Try to spin each wheel by hand — both should turn with equal moderate resistance.
  3. If one wheel is much harder to turn or completely locked, that module is failed.
  4. Replace the affected wheel module (sold as a complete assembly).
