How to fix it
- Remove the bin completely.
- Inspect the metal contacts on both the bin and inside the robot bay — wipe with a dry cloth or pencil eraser.
- Check that all plastic latches and tabs on the bin are intact.
- Reinstall the bin and press firmly until it clicks.
- If error persists with a known-good bin, the internal bin switch in the robot has failed.
