How to fix it

  1. Wipe the metal charge contacts on the robot (underside front) AND on the Home Base with a dry cloth or pencil eraser.
  2. Verify the Home Base power LED is lit — if not, check the outlet and power adapter.
  3. Clear all objects within 1.5 ft on each side and 4 ft in front of the dock.
  4. Manually dock the robot to confirm it charges.
  5. Clean the IR window on the front center of the robot bumper.

  • Dirty charge contacts Metal pads on the robot or dock are covered in dust or oxidation.
