How to fix it
- Plug the Home Base back in if unplugged, in its normal location.
- Carry robot back to the dock and manually place it on the contacts to charge.
- Keep dock in a fixed permanent location with clear surroundings.
- Wipe the IR window on the front of the bumper.
- Leave interior doors open during scheduled runs.
Why it happens
Typical signs: 'Error 19' voice prompt · Robot stops with low battery in middle of floor · Cycle ends without docking
- Dock moved during cleaning Home Base was relocated so its position no longer matches the map.
- Path to dock blocked Doors closed, obstacles, or stairs between robot and dock.
