How to fix it

  1. Remove the brush guard or extractor frame (pull tabs or slide release depending on model).
  2. Lift out both brushes / extractors.
  3. Remove the colored end caps and clean all hair and debris from the bearings.
  4. Inspect the brush cavity and motor coupling for stuck debris.
  5. Reinstall brushes and verify they turn freely by hand.
