How to fix it
- Move the robot to flat, open floor.
- Push the dropped wheel up firmly several times — it should spring back with even tension.
- Flip robot over and clean any debris from around the wheel module pivot.
- If the wheel won't retract or springs back weakly, replace the wheel module.
