Error 7 — Drive wheel problem

How to fix it
- Flip robot over and remove hair/string from both wheel axles using scissors or tweezers.
- Push each wheel up and let it drop several times — both should travel smoothly with equal spring tension.
- Spin each wheel by hand — they should rotate freely.
- Wipe wheel treads clean of debris.
- If Error 7 returns on flat floor with clean wheels, replace the affected wheel module.
