How to fix it
- Place the carafe centered on the warming plate
- Confirm the ground-coffee basket and filter are in place with coffee added
- Fill the reservoir to the carafe MAX line
- Select the cup count (6, 8, 10, or 12 cups)
- Press the carafe brew button
- If error persists, unplug for 5 minutes and retry
