Keurig K-Supreme Oops Message — generic brew fault
Keurig Coffee Maker · Error code Oops
What Oops Means
K-Supreme, K-Supreme Plus, and K-Elite touchscreen models display 'Oops! Tap here for help.' when any of several faults occur — typically a clog, air lock, or interrupted flow. Tapping shows generic troubleshooting; the underlying cause is usually scale or a needle clog.
Symptoms
- 'Oops' message on display
- Cycle aborted
- Tapping the message shows generic help text
- Repeats on retry
Common Causes
Pod grounds in entrance or exit needles
Often after a dry reservoir or moving the unit
Restricted flow
Float sensor briefly lost contact
How to Fix It
- Tap the 'Oops' message to dismiss
- Lift the handle and clean entrance and exit needles with a paper clip
- Empty, refill, and firmly reseat the reservoir
- Run a water-only brew cycle to clear and re-prime
- Burp the unit by inverting and tapping the bottom firmly
- If 'Oops' repeats, perform a full descale
