How to fix it

  1. Soak a new Keurig charcoal filter in fresh water for 5 minutes
  2. Rinse the lower filter holder under running water for 60 seconds
  3. Insert the new filter into the holder and reattach to the reservoir
  4. Set the dial on top of the filter holder to 2 months from today
  5. On K-Elite/K-Supreme, reset the reminder via Settings > Water Filter
