How to fix it
- Soak a new Keurig charcoal filter in fresh water for 5 minutes
- Rinse the lower filter holder under running water for 60 seconds
- Insert the new filter into the holder and reattach to the reservoir
- Set the dial on top of the filter holder to 2 months from today
- On K-Elite/K-Supreme, reset the reminder via Settings > Water Filter
