How to fix it

  1. Consult your model's owner's manual for the exact exit sequence (varies by model).
  2. Typical exit: press and hold the Lock + Filter Reset (or similar pair) for 3 seconds.
  3. Some models exit by unplugging for 1 minute, restoring power, then pressing the door-alarm pad.
