How to fix it
- Unplug the dryer and pull it forward.
- Remove the top and front panels to access the drum belt.
- Inspect — if broken or off, route a new belt around the drum, under the idler, and around the motor pulley per the diagram on the cabinet.
- Spin the drum by hand and feel/listen for rough drum-bearing rotation; replace the rear drum bearing/felt seal if rough.
