dHE — Drying heater error (combo / WashTower)

How to fix it
- Power off and unplug for 10 seconds, restore, and try a fresh cycle.
- Make sure the cold-water supply valve is fully open (used for condensing).
- Clean the condenser/lint area thoroughly — most dHE faults trace to lint or scale blocking airflow.
- Verify nothing is blocking the rear ventilation gap.
- If dHE returns, unplug, pull the back panel, and check continuity of the drying heater (open = replace).
- Inspect the thermal fuse and thermostat on the heater housing — replace if open.
- Test the dry fan motor by hand — should spin freely.
- If components test good but dHE persists, the main control board is suspect — call for service.
