How to fix it

  1. Unplug the washer for 1 minute and plug back in.
  2. Press each button — note any that feel stuck or unresponsive.
  3. Clean around buttons with a slightly damp cloth; do not flood.
  4. If a button is physically stuck, replace the user interface / touchpad assembly.
