What AC Means

How to Fix It

  1. Unplug the dryer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove the top panel and locate the ribbon between the UI and main board.
  3. Disconnect and reseat the ribbon — inspect for bent or corroded pins.
  4. Power up and test. If AC clears, you're done.
  5. If AC returns, swap the UI board first (more common failure point).
  6. If still present after UI swap, replace the main control board.
