How to fix it

  1. Unplug dryer for 10 minutes to reset.
  2. Inspect the control panel face — press each button and see which (if any) sticks.
  3. Remove the top panel and disconnect the UI board ribbon — let it dry 24h if moisture is suspected.
  4. If a specific key sticks repeatedly, replace the user interface / control panel assembly.
