Samsung Oven LE — Low DC Voltage / Low Line Voltage
Samsung Oven · Error code LE
What LE Means
The main control board is seeing low DC voltage (typically under 9 VDC on internal rails), or low incoming line voltage from the house supply.
Symptoms
- LE displayed at power-up or during cook
- Oven won't start or randomly shuts off
- Display dimmer than normal
- Clock loses time
Common Causes
Brownout or undersized circuit dropping voltage under load.
Connection at the range/oven not fully tight.
Onboard 5/12 VDC rail collapsed.
Voltage drop under load exceeds spec.
How to Fix It
- Cut power at the breaker.
- Inspect and retighten the terminal block / pigtail connections on the range or wall oven.
- Measure incoming voltage at the terminal block under load — both legs should be ~120V to ground, ~240V leg-to-leg.
- If incoming voltage is low, the issue is house wiring or utility supply (call an electrician).
- If incoming voltage is good, the low-voltage section of the main control board has failed — replace the main PCB.
