tESt — (tE5t) — Demo Mode Active
Samsung's official message that the oven is in Demo / Showroom mode. In Demo mode the display and controls work but the oven and cooktop will NOT heat.

How to fix it
- Check the owner's manual for the model-specific exit sequence (commonly a multi-button hold for several seconds).
- On many Samsung ranges, hold the appropriate combo (often a setting + temperature combo) until the display beeps and 'tESt' clears.
- Power-cycle the oven at the breaker and re-verify normal cook behavior.
- If you can't find the exit sequence, contact Samsung support with the exact model number.
